A speed control dial from low, for fragile foods like bread, to high for meats and cheeses. It has an angled stainless steel platform allowing food to fall easily and an adjustable thickness knob for precision slicing from wafer thin to over 7/8" thick. Perfectly even slices every time with no shredding. The food pusher is designed to grip food and hold it in place while you`re slicing.
